Liability Disclaimer: Our team of technicians are skilled and meticulous in their work. Despite our high standards for care, entrusting materials to Printlab for any form of processing, printing, or duplication implies your understanding and agreement that we are not liable for any damage or loss of materials for reasons including but not limited to negligence, equipment malfunction, or unforeseen events such as fire, flood, or theft. In such cases, you will be entitled only to a comparable amount of unexposed film and corresponding processing. It is the artist's responsibility to insure all original materials, such as artwork, negatives, transparencies, and discs, both during their time in our studio and throughout shipping.
For special projects, pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis and may not align with the rates specified on our website.Please note that Printlab cannot be held responsible for any materials left at our facility for a period exceeding 30 days.
